ANPPCAN ZAMBIA is a National Chapter of ANPPCAN which is a pan African network that promotes child rights and child protection in Africa. It was founded in 1986 in Enugu Nigeria, at the first Child Labour Conference, and has national chapters in 22 African countries including Zambia. It is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.

ANPPCAN ZAMBIA apires to realise that Every Zambian Child lives their fullness of life. It seeks to Work with policy makers, local leaders, communities and children in protecting children from all forms of abuse, neglect and other harmful practices in Zambia.

ANPPCAN ZAMBIA advocates for the enactment and revision of national and local policies, structures, systems, procedures and programmes that affect rights of children in Zambia. At ANPPCAN ZAMBIA we create awareness, enhance knowledge and keep abreast on trends and practices of child abuse and neglect in Zambia.

We strive to provide care and support for orphans and other vunerable children (OVCs) at risk of abuse and neglect by enhancing access to basic services such as education and nutrition in Zambia. We endeavour to facilitate linkages, enhance skills and support strengthening of institutions and community-based structure service and care providers, including children to enhance child protection and child rights work in Zambia.
