A participatory monitoring and evaluation approach will be used to assess the relevance, performance, efficiency and impact of the project. This will involve the children themselves, the DCCP units, Village Committees, school authorities, communities and other stakeholders. ANPPCAN staff will undertake two (02) quarterly monitoring and support visits to the three districts during the six months project implementation. However, ANPPCAN will continue to provide support to the project during and after the phase out period especially since other projects will remain ongoing in the same or neighbouring communities.
